I can't believe how ineffective the management was during our stay. The kitchen utensils were chipping, and it felt as if no one cared to replace them. Plus, I was appalled by the absence of a basic necessity like toilet paper in the wash closet—there's no excuse for that. The stale smell in the room was seriously disappointing and took too long to clear up, making my first impression a nightmare.

Although the room smelled a bit stale initially, running the AC cleared it up quickly. The swimming pool wasn’t in the best condition. it could use some maintenance. The breakfast options left something to be desired, as there weren't many choices. A European breakfast option would be a great addition. Staff were quick to accommodate our needs, which made things easier. Despite this, I encountered issues with the kitchen utensils. some were chipped, and a few items were missing. Overall, we had a good time, but I hope they improve on some of these areas.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Souq Waqif and the Corniche, and the restaurant staff were particularly accommodating and polite.
